This is a strong recommendation for ReverseMortgageOne, Chuck and Doug. THANK YOU and Doug for all the hard work you both have done to get us through this and getting us approved for our RM. In our case, and at no fault of yours, it took a long time and a lot of emails to get to this point. We should have done this a long time ago, but 20 - 20 hindsight is always better. We had outlived our retirement supplements, and almost at wits end! I plan to send to you a list of names, addresses, of persons you might want to contact as potential RM applicants. Ed-Sorry I missed your call-what can we do for you Chuck – Yes, I am enjoying my RM best thing that has happened to me in long time. I contacted Doug and he answered my questions. Thank you for your E-mail of concern of my call. Everything is going GREAT since getting my RM. My new car, & have paid off almost all of my major credit card bills. Next is to get needed repairs done to my home & some upgrades. Thank you so very much for all of your assistance in getting my RM completed. It is greatly appreciated. Hi, I hope your vacation is going alright. The bank got the money Monday and Tuesday we went to Loveland Subaru and bought a 2013 Subaru Outback--red. It's great, like driving in a new world. There are so many features on it, we're both having to read the book to find out how to work everything, but it's fun. It's nice to know we could pay cash for it and still have a lot of money in the bank. One thing you might be interested in. We were going to put some of the money in a CD, but the bank was only .15% for 1 year. When we went to State Farm to get our car insurance they have a CD that is .9% for 15 months, so we got one there. Thought you might check that out if you need a CD. Have a nice day,

Hi, Chuck--here is a copy of my comment: For us, a reverse mortgage was an excellent choice. We did not want to leave our house, the housing market was not all that great anyway, and the house badly needed updating. By using the funds from the Reverse Mortgage we were able to total replace our kitchen with new cabinets, appliances and flooring; the flooring extended into the dining area as well. We also replaced over half of the windows in the upstairs living area with upgraded styles that help us save on heating and cooling costs. We also replaced the carpet in the large living area and hall way, put heated tile on the floor of the master bath and replaced cabinets and fixtures in the master bath. We were both able to enjoy the "new" upstairs for about a year and a half; unfortunately my husband's health failed drastically and he died in May this year. I plan to stay in the home as long as I can, because I love what we have done to it! There are even funds left over should something else come up. While it required a lot of paper work, I feel it was definitely worth it. I was surprised to hear from you, but glad to take part in the request.

Just got a little busy with the volunteer work at the church for the last couple weeks. Well, it all began back on October 10, 2018, and ended on February 2019. There were a total of 138 emails and 3 telephone calls and 2 home visits (one when Doug stop by to get the paper signed and one that dropped of signed paper at his house. In the end, everything was well accomplished. Even though we never met you (Chuck) in person, we only communicated via email it seems like we communicated with Brails. You are a very professional, knowledgeable and honest person to work with. Especially in my case that I have both of my names in two different mortgages, it was some kink that was working out beautifully. I can't recount how many documents that I scanned just to satisfy AAG. Now to those who are looking to get Reverse Mortgage, I would highly recommend Chuck & Doug of Reverse Mortgage One.
